Pick-up from Cusco & Breakfast in Cusipata (04:30 – 05:00 AM)
Start your journey with an early morning hotel pick-up, followed by a drive to Cusipata, where you'll enjoy a hearty Andean breakfast to fuel up for the trek.

2. Drive to the Trailhead (Chillihuani)
   After breakfast, continue to Chillihuani, the starting point of the hike. Your guide will provide a safety briefing and important tips for acclimatization.
3. Trek to Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca) (Approx. 2 hours)
   Begin your gradual uphill trek to 5,036 meters (16,522 ft) above sea level. Along the way, admire the snow-capped peaks, herds of alpacas, and remote Andean villages. Your guide will share insights into the geological formations that give Rainbow Mountain its vibrant colors.
4. Arrival at Rainbow Mountain
   Reach the viewpoint of Rainbow Mountain, where you’ll have time to take photos, explore, and soak in the panoramic views of the Andes Mountains and the Red Valley.
5. Descent & Return to Cusipata for Lunch (Approx. 1.5 hours hike down)
   Hike back to Chillihuani and drive to Cusipata for a delicious buffet lunch featuring traditional Peruvian dishes.
6. Return to Cusco (04:30 PM – 05:00 PM)
   Relax on the scenic drive back to Cusco, arriving in the late afternoon.
