Your journey begins with a pick-up from Cusco’s main square or your hotel, followed by a scenic drive into the heart of the Sacred Valley. - Chinchero: Andean Textiles & Colonial Church
Our first stop is Chinchero, a charming Andean town known for its beautiful terraces and traditional weaving culture. Visit a local weaving center to see the dyeing and weaving techniques used for centuries. Explore the Colonial Church of Chinchero, built over an Inca palace, and admire its stunning frescoes and murals. - Moray: The Incan Agricultural Laboratory
Continue to Moray, a unique archaeological site featuring circular agricultural terraces. These terraces were used by the Incas as an experimental farming center, demonstrating their advanced knowledge of microclimates and crop adaptation. - Salineras de Maras: The Ancient Salt Mines
Next, we visit the Salineras de Maras, a breathtaking network of over 3,000 salt pools carved into the mountainside.
